This is how it all started…
We love travelling around the UK but find hotels/B&B’s can be expensive. Camping in a tent can be hit and miss with the UK weather and not always the most comfortable. Plus there’s all the packing. So in 2023 we decided to buy a Mercedes Sprinter Van and convert it to a campervan. We couldn’t afford to buy one new.
I’m creating this site 18 months after purchase and now going back through our steps on how we converted, what we bought and how much it cost!
There is also something special about writing down our adventures so I’ve started this journal to help keep those special memories clear in our minds. Whether you’re a seasoned road tripper or a newbie to van life, I hope these destinations inspire and help you plan your next adventure.
